We wanted to have a quiet and relaxing holiday and as this was promised on the hotel website we boked it. But as there is a bar next door, which is generally welcome and we joined it many times, the music was so loud that we hardly could sleep.When we decided to complain at the recption and ask for another room we were shown one and moved right away. After that we had no problems with the music any longer. The room was very nice and the most exciting thing was the outdoor bathroom (we had a bungalow garden seaview deluxe) - great to have a shower under the starry sky! The hotel facility is very nice except the paving which should be done urgently as well as painting of the walls! Breakfast was fair, we missed some cheese but the fresh fruits were good. Lunch and dinner were good but more pricey than next door at Nature Rocks Restaurant (also the drinks), but there it may happen that your ordered dishes do not arrive together... The beach was great and cleaned every morning! Overall we could relax but we will not go there another time. |

1. Hotel was not well maintained. Bathroom wall tiles were broken, one light in the room was not working, lift is old and slow.
2. I have paid for the room in advance thru your company for three nights, so why must I go to the reception every morning to collect my breakfast coupons?
3. The bell boy on duty on the night of 10th March at 12.30 midnight was extremely rude. |
