I would recommend the deluxe rooms, because superior rooms are located at the road. The sea has no waves and is dirty, I would not recommend to go for a swim but pool area is excellent. The salas at the beach are very nice and the staff is great. Chaweng road is terrible. |

1. It took us more than one hour to be able to check in the hotel room upon arrival.
2. We had requested for a non-smoking floor but were given a room which was smelly (cigarette smell). We requested to change to another room but was told if we wanted to change, we would have to wait for another half an hour. In the end, we had no choice but to ask the bell-hop to spray some air freshener in the room and toilet instead.
3. The choices of food (i.e. breakfast) are very limited. Should increase more varieties. |

This is the second time that I have made my room bookings through this agent. I am very happy with their prompt service on the availability of the hotel room that I had requested.

Though a double room was requested at time of booking, a twin was substituted as doubles were full, and no choice of a refund was given, to my dis satisfaction. I would have booked an alternative hotel if I had known. |
