if i have one small complaint, after a very cold winter here in the UK, i was really looking forward to HOT sunshine, which i received, but NO SWIMMING POOL !!!!!, i would have really enjoyed a nice , relaxing few hours by the pool.
In my own opinion, the hotel is really first class, but it is sadly let down by the lack of a good pool, i know that you have one there, because i saw it, is it broken ?, for customer satifaction, a pool is a really good selling point, no pool, then the hotel is just ordinary, which is a shame , because your hotel is really first class. |

I have stayed at several hotels in Bangkok and in terms of lcoation, Siam Heritage is one of the better ones. The hotel is ideally located in Silom with easy access to both the skytrain and subway.
The room is generally clean and spacious but the air-con is too noisy, making your sleep at night very uncomfortable. I was given another room but the problem remained. Apparently, the entire air-con system in the hotel needs servicing.
Would I want to go back to the hotel again? I am afraid not. The hotel is well located but the air-con problem is too disturbing. To me, a good night rest is the most important thing and nice room decoration, cheerful staff etc will not sum up enough to offset an air-con problem.
