We stayed here with our six month old baby , the superior suite was fantastic as it was right on the pool and meant whilst she was sleeping we could have a swim or sit on the balcony and look at the amazing view!!! |

In spite of the construction of new houses it was calm and the bundalows were clean. We know the place and because of that, we were not surprised of the location. But taxi drivers often don?t know the way to the resort. //There are two problems: 1. not all members of the staff at the reception and at the restaurant are conversant with the englisch language. If there is a problem, they are not able to understand and because of that , there is no help. 2. the garden is perfect, but dustbins in the garden were not cleaned in the whole time. And there was nobody to clear away glasses and bottles (served by the restaurant staff) in normal time. we enjoyed our time , but we took lunch and dinner outside. If there will be more guests than this year, there will be a propper problem with service and food and than the value for money is only poor. The normal rate is to high. And they should offer a shuttle service to Nai Harn or/and Phuket town. |

This is my first time putting up at Grande Ville. Thank you very much for the receptionist who help me to contact the agent for confirmation of the tour time and thank you very much to the bell boy who arrange the taxi for us to airport early the morning at 5am. I sure to recommand my friends the hotel when they visit the city of Bangkok. |

Initially i feel happy for the information and reply quite prompt with Ms Thip, but when my family and i reached Bangkok we feel nervous and dont know how to confirm with the agent about the tour.
Actually the Agent have to contact us on the very day when we arrived or leave any message at hotel for us to reconfirm the time of tour. |
