When we get to the resort there was no soaps in our room, not enough towels, there was some leaking of water near the entrace of our room. Alot of mosquitos & flies at the restaurant. And there was this guy at the reception very arrogant on the day when we check-in no smile at all i think you should fire that guy and no activities at all only kayak.the staff in F&B are nice food is nice. Imagine the only resort that doesn't have a mat on the beach chair in front of the resort in the island.We are staying in Gold suite I expect more than I pay for and for sure we will not be coming back to this resort again. I will make sure that all the people from the hotel industry know about this. |

Please note, that I would've been able to book the same room on a lower rate with another agency, which I did not, for the one and only reason of the very excellent and friendly service that Ms. Nicky was providing and the other company - by far -was not. The response was VERY prompt and far beyond mere politeness. The agency would to itself the best service to encourage such agents to permanently stay in its service.
I definitely plan to book via Royal Exclusive Travel again. |
