The grand opening of the Queen Alice Restaurant will be held on the ground floor of San Want Hotel on March 27, 2004.
Owner Chef Ishinabe, also known as "Japan's number one master chef", together with Ling Bing-Zhang, Taiwan's Top master chef, have combined their talent to bring you the restaurant's first overseas chain in Taiwan.

Queen Alice has splendid dining areas, offering a high degree of refinement and elegance. Elegance at a reasonable price range and every succulent culinary delights are sure to enchant your senses.

Queen Alice will also be providing rich semi-buffet style breakfasts and exquisitely prepared lunch sets. For afternoon tea, ladies can idle away the afternoon in European aristocratic style while for gentlemen, the ideal place for business meetings. The evening menus feature special set meals and a la carte menu.

The restaurant has two large and three smaller "honorary guest" private rooms. Each large private room can accommodate 10-12 guests, providing an excellent venue for special occasions.

Pozzo Bakery 
Pozzo Bakery · Cafe' is located on Level one where you can overlook at the busy Chung Hsiao East Road through the floor-to-ceiling glass walls. Wide range of pastries from baguette to fruit tarts are freshly baked daily.
Featuring contemporary comfort, this modern cafe is a perfect venue for the enjoyment of light cuisine, coffee, and fresh homemade cakes.

Zorro Bar 
Zorro Lounge Bar is a pleasant and relaxing place to unwind in this bustling Taipei city. Soft lighting, wood paneling, tailored-made leather sofas together create a casual and relaxing lounge setting for coffee, cocktails, and light meals. Zorro Lounge Bar would serve as an ideal place for meetings up with friends and colleagues after work or for business meetings.

Chao Ping Ji 
Located on Level 2, Chao Ping Ji provides tantalizing dishes from Canton Region and is renowned for its simplicity, relaxing and warm atmosphere.

Chao Ping Ji serves exquisite cuisine from dim sum delicacies to the finest selections of Chao-Chow specialties and is voted one of the best Chao-Chow Restaurant in Taipei.
The restaurant also provides six private rooms with the seating capacity of 6 to 24 people.

Carefully selected from the finest and freshest ingredients available on the day, our chefs prepare Japanese cuisine that can best reflect the four seasons.

Designed by the world renowned designer--Miura, Sumie Nouvelle Cuisine Japonaise projects its own style: Simplicity, creativity, and distinctiveness. Modern and exquisite settings, soft lighting, and background music all unite in creating a refined and unique dining experience. Private rooms are available up to 35 people.
