Taxis:
Taxis (for trip within Taipei) can be easily hailed just outside the hotel. 
For longer trips please ask the Front Desk for more information.
The Front Desk can also help you write your destination in Chinese for the cab driver.

Baggage:
Front Desk will arrange for the Bell Captain to collect your baggage.
For guests staying After 12 noon arrangement can be made for baggage to be stored.

Courier Service:
Nationwide and worldwide courier service is available.
Please call the Front Desk or Business center.

Wake Up Calls:
Please call the operator to place your wake up call.

Room Key:
For security reasons please hand your key to the Front Desk when you leave the Hotel.

Safe Deposit Boxes:
Safe deposit boxes are available free charge at the Front Office Cashier's counter.
Please use the service for the safekeeping of your valuables as the hotel is not responsible for any loss of items in your room.

Check Out Time:
Check-out time is 12 noon. If you wish to extend your stay, please contact the Front Desk in advance.
For later check-out, please notify Front Desk in advance. An additional charge will be imposed.

Drinking Water:
The water in Taiwan must be boiled prior to consumption.
An electricity water boiler is available in your room.
Chilled mineral water is also available in the mini bar.

Electricity and Voltage:
Electricity supply to all rooms is 110V.

A Hair dryer is available in the bathroom.
Guests are not allowed to use flat iron, burners, coffee percolators or any cooking apparaturs in hotel guest room.
In the event of accidents you will be liable for full payment of Damages.

Emergency:
In the event of accidents or fire, please call Operator immediately.
In the event of a fire, please proceed to the nearest fire exit. (Do not use the the elevator.)
A fire escape plan is placed behind your room door, with the nearest exit fire clearly indicated.
Please familiarize your self with the emergency escape route.
