Overlooking the lush landscaping of our poolside and courtyard, they provide an idyllic setting for conferences, presentations and private functions for gatherings from 15 to 350 persons. High-speed Internet access and comprehensive audio-visual equipment is available on request as is an audio-visual specialist to ensure everything goes smoothly.

The Plaza Ballroom, with its grand stage and digital audio-visual facilities, is a favourite venue for wedding banquets of up to 500 guests. But for really big gatherings of up to 1000 guests, there's no better venue than our beautiful poolside deck.

Lushly landscaped by renowned architect Michael White, the poolside makes a great outdoor venue for product launches, parties and even fashion shows. Our meeting planners can organise anything from a colourful theme party BBQ to a nostalgic hawker street party for you here.

Function Room Descriptions :

Plaza Ballroom
Our spacious Plaza Ballroom is equipped with state-of-the-art audio and visual equipment and a grand stage. It can seat up to 500 persons in style for major gala banquets and be partitioned into two separate rooms, Plaza Ballroom I and Plaza Ballroom II, for smaller events.

Stamford Room
Natural light enlivens the room, making it ideal for meetings and conferences. Sliding doors beckon you to open them and take in the scenic view of the newly renovated poolside area and picturesque courtyard.

Marina Room and Victoria Room
Column-free, it offers you unimpeded use of the space, which is brightened up by natural light and overlooks the inviting courtyard. The Marina Room and Victoria Room are usually marketed as one combined function room.

Orchard Room and Crawford Room
Equipped with a motorised screen and a built-in whiteboard, both these meeting rooms offer impressive seminar and meeting space for up to 20 persons.

Poolside
Newly renovated, it is a feast for the eyes with its beautiful, lush landscaping and greenery. It offers an ideal venue to stage outdoor functions with a tropical feel. From lively BBQs and international fare buffets to standing cocktails, our banquet team can certainly create an impressive party for any celebration for up to 1000 persons.

Measures 930 square metres / 10,010 square feet, and can accommodate up to 400 theatre style, 500 banquet style, 500 buffet style and 1000 reception style.
