As Nora’s main restaurant, the Prasuthon offers Royal Thai dishes using ancient recipes that have been enjoyed by the upper crust of Thai society for generations. Nora’s director of Food and Beverage Khun Mattawan has worked in five-star resorts around the region and prides himself on ingredients and many of the resort’s herbs and vegetables are grown in the lush surrounding gardens.

Each morning from seven till eleven, Nora hosts a buffet breakfast offering many different dishes from around the world. From bacon and eggs to fruit and freshly cooked breads, you’re bound to find some comfort food when you eat breakfast at Nora.

If you are not yet ready for bed after your meal, the lobby bar is the perfect place for a nightcap. Here, clasical Thai music mingles with the sounds of nature from the surrounding gardens and makes for a relaxing end to the day.
