Naachghar Restaurant - As the doors of Yak and Yeti's Naachghar restaurant open, the impeccably restored palace dining room of the most distinguished of Rana Maharajas transports its guest to an opulence reserved for kings. The Naachghar is a living museum so complete that it only misses the Bir Shumsher Jung Bahadur Rana who created and dined in its fantastic neo-romantic surroundings in the ancient Kathmandu of 1885. Now anyone can attend the exclusive shows every evening in the Naachghar. You will be served from a menu created from actual Rana palace recipes which are as rich and abundant as they are historical.
