restaurants. Lunch or dinner in the restaurants mentioned
below will be the gastronomic highlight of your journey to
Nepal. Our French Chef Yves Faivre (the one and only in
town) is heading our kitchen brigade and he guarantees the
highest (satisfaction) quality for each and every meal
served.
The Tara - French Chef Yves Faivre provides fine
dining in the Tara Restaurant. A through continental
experience based on a French-Italian menu. Traditional
French recipes like Truite Amandine and lobster in a Nantua
sauce to Italian Classical dishes, antipasto casalinga and
Lasagna al Forno.
The Imperial Pavilion Chinese Restaurant - Our two
Szechwan chefs, Mr. Pang and Mr. Lee, welcome you in The
Imperial Pavilion. Food cooked in the authentic Chinese
style. You will have an unique experience.
The Patio - Enjoy your breakfast or lunch at the
Patio in the peaceful environment. This restaurant is
located in our prize winning garden and oasis in the middle
of Kathmandu. Special set menu lunches are available 7 days
a week.
The Rendez-Vous - The Rendez-Vous is our main
restaurant. The menu displays a variety of Indian,
Continental and Nepalese dishes.
