The Fulbari Resort & Spa is located in
Pokhara, and is connected by 200 kilometers of scenic highway to the west of
Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal. The surface distance can be covered by a
pleasant five-to-six hour countryside drive. By air, it takes 20 to 30 minutes
to reach Pokhara from Kathmandu. It takes a mere 15 minutes to reach the Resort
& Spa by car from Pokhara Airport. At present, many airlines fly daily
between Kathmandu and Pokhara. The aircraft types range from the 44-seater HS748
Avro and ATR42/70, 30-seater SAAB340 to the 15-seater De Havilland Twin Otter
and the 18-seater Beechcraft1900 and Dornier. Many other private airlines
charter helicopters for those guests and groups who prefer to fly directly from
Kathmandu's domestic airport to the Resort's own private helipads.
