Consequently, The Resort & Spa is proud to have many excellent wining and dining outlets in its sprawling premises.

The Masala Bazaar - The one and only "Curry & Chutney" restaurant is aptly named The Masala Bazaar, or "Spice Market". This 70-cover den at the basement level offers elaborate and delectable Indian and Nepalese cuisine, including many Newar delicacies of the Kathmandu Valley.Live Ghazal ensemble provides scintillating music every evening. There is a separate adjoining hall for guests in quest of calm and quiet.

The Masala Bazaar's detailed frescoes relive, in vermilion-dominated paintings and splashes, the hot flashes and many flavors of the well traveled spice routes and major marketplaces of India and Nepal.

 

 

Cafe Fulbari - It is the oldest and the largest oasis for your choices of Continental and international cuisine. Strategically and spaciously built at the basement level, the Cafe fronts the large manicured View Point Beer Garden, the Tato Pani Pool Deck and the swimming pool area, the overhanging cliffs of the Green Canyon at some distance, and the hills and rural settlements of the hills and beyond.

Komagane Teppanyaki Restaurant - This 30-cover Japanese restaurant is named after Pokhara's sister city in the Japanese Alps. A separate cottage-like house by itself, it stands next to the swimming pool by the Green Canyon and Seti Gorge. It is the exclusive address in Pokhara for authentic Japanese Teppanyaki cuisine.

Hanging Garden Restaurant - Built over the steep Green Canyon above the Seti Gorge, is yet another major attraction to The Fulbari Resort & Spa. This unique restaurant hanging and extending over the grassy canyon on a cantilevered foundation, complete with a canopied platform with traditional Nepalese Pagoda architecture, is designed to easily accommodate 150 guests at a time. The Hanging Garden Restaurant is already a hot and steamy spot for fusion foods and drinks, specialising in such delicacies as Chinese Dim Sum, Tibetan Jacok and other steamed and piping hot Oriental items including international cuisines to be served from wheeled carpe dien carousels and vendors.  

 

The Gurkha Bar - It is the perfect watering hole next to the reception and lobby for mixing local and international drinks amidst sharing of your own Gukha tales of valor and adventures. A matching snack menu complements the well-stocked bar.

The Rainbow Lounge - Right by the main lobby, this quiet enclave is for magnificent Pokhara sunrise and sunset, relaxed afternoon high tea, quiet and serious reading amidst selves of books on Nepal and the Himalaya and current periodicals, subdued conversation and intimate games.

 


Tato Pani Pool Deck Restaurant -
This open-air restaurant is for manageable and moveable feasts for guests while they cavort in the sun by the ozonated swimming pool (heated in cool weather) and relax in the swirls of the Jacuzzi.
