Welcome to the Soneva Fushi Dining experience, it is our aim to give you the opportunity to experience the very best in Food and Beverage available in the Maldives. Together with our Executive Chef, the entire Food and Beverage team have the same objective and that is to meet and exceed your expectations.

Dining options at Soneva Fushi are designed to make your stay on Kunfunadhoo diverse, exciting and slightly adventurous. Our Chef and his multi-national brigade of chef' s work to produce a combination of dishes that allow the East to meet the West in culinary terms.

Every effort is made to find ingredients of the highest quality and have them delivered to the island and send as pure and fresh as they might have been served at their origin. With this philosophy in mind our menus benefit from the abundance of fresh fish at the Maldives.

To compliment the dining options, we offer a wine list with an international content that covers many recognised and some unrecognised, wine producing countries in both hemispheres. This mixture of new world wines and good French classics offers you the opportunity to fulfill the dining experience despite both cultural and climate challenges.

• The Main Restaurant - A la Carte Dinner comprises of a different menu each night. The daily dinner menu you can preview daily after 1100 hours at our guest relations champa or at the main bar.
  
  
• The Main Bar - The bar opens at 09.30 hours each morning and remains open until the last guest leaves at night. During the course of the day we offer a range of menus in the bar to tempt and delight you.
  
  
• The Me Dhuniye Bar - The Me Dhuniye bar is our sunset bar. It opens from 1230 hours until the last guest leaves.
  
  
• The Wine Cellar - Soneva Fushi boasts a high quality climate controlled wine cellar with a selection of the best - not commercially available - wines from around the world
  
  
• Villa Dining - If you are taken by the magic of the Maldives sky at night and wish to capture a romantic moment, while dining under the star lit sky, then you should experience our Villa Dining.In this case we set up a table, using only natural light from the stars and candle light, on your own private beach garden. Dinner is discreetly served and as the waiter slips away the rest is up to you...
  
  
• Villa or Sandbank Barbecue - For the more adventurous among you, a Villa BBQ, or a Sandbank BBQ brings a lot of fun into dining under the stars in the privacy of your beach garden or the sandbank, with your own private chef and waiter combined with nature and tradition, amounts to a luxurious dining experience.
  The Villa BBQ experience can be arranged through guest relations. A minimum of twenty-four hours (24 hours) notice is required.
