Fihalhohi Island Resort : The main building is built in traditional Maldivian style. The guest rooms have stone walls and a roof of dried palm leaves. The lounge of the resort, Fisherman' s bar, Coral Cove snack bar, Palm Groove restaurant, the indoor games area and the one and only souvenir shop on the island are located in the main building. The work-areas, powerhouse, desalination plant, the kitchen, laundry-facilities and accommodation for the staff are located in the centre of the island. The mosque is also located there.

The guest houses are situated in a ring around the island, providing each house with an ocean view.

The lounge, restaurants and bars are 'open' buildings protected only by a roof of palm leaves and roller blinds made of the same material. All this gives you the sense of being outside. These buildings are not air-conditioned, but even when the ventilators have to work on full capacity, these are still pleasant places to be.
