In the morning at 8.30 am, depart to the Forest Research Institute of Malaysia (FRIM), situated in Kepong just outside KL, boasted for having 600 staff carrying out research in all aspects of forestry and forest products. Experience a short trek on one of the many trails around. The institute houses more than 50 international scientists researching the flora and fauna of the rainforest. Information on various forests in Malaysia and some of their products are available at the FRIM Museum.
