• Meeting & banqueting - The Excelsior Ballroom which is located on the 14th Floor commands a panoramic view of Ipoh City. Newly renovated, it can accommodate up to a maximum of 500 people depending on the sitting requirements. The Ballroom can be set up into three (3) different sizes to cater for your various needs. Besides the Ballroom, there are two (2) other function rooms Eureka, and Ebony. We also provide the latest audio-visual equipment for seminars and meetings.

The Hotel Excelsior Hotel - The centre offers several private rooms with karaoke singing facilities. The rooms vary in sizes and can accommodate from 5 to 30 people. The karaoke rooms offer a wide selection of songs and provide one of the best sound systems in the city.
