Lanta Residence & Spa comprises of 24 rooms modern classical style building all rooms are with excellent facilities included a luxury bath room.

There are 3 types of rooms. There are Family Suite, 8 rooms with two beds and 65 Square mate of the room size. Deluxe, 8 rooms with 45 Square mate. Standard, 8 rooms with 24 Square mate. Rooms include self-controlled air-conditioning, warm/cold water shower, refrigerator and mini-Bar , telephone, Color TV/Cable News, Movie Channels and Music Channel, Electricity 220 volts.
