Fitness facilities at Grand InterContinental incorporate a modern and well-equipped Heath & Fitness centre, as an in-house facility. Located on the third level of the Hotel’s lobby, In Shape Fitness Club offers separate section for ladies and gents, through four thousand square feet of spacious interiors. All facilities are available from 6am to 9pm daily, however, in keeping with InterContinental’ s ICON concept–the gym facilities are also available through the night for in-house guests.

The Gymnasiums in each section have been crafted with attention to customer needs and body requirements–from computer controlled cardiovascular machines like tread-mills, stair climbers, rowers, upright/recumbent bikes to muscle toning machines like multi-station gyms to free weights and areas for floor exercises regimens.

Other Health Club facilities include sauna, steam, whirlpool and chill-shower. Highly recommended is the body massage service-available by appointment. Expert masseurs, offer guests massage by Aroma Therapy, Classical Indian, Swedish and the 600 year old Ayurvedic massage style from Kerala. Adjoining the fitness centre is the hotel’ s outdoor swimming pool-located on top of the hotel porch. This all weather pool (heated in Delhi’ s cold winter months) has a large paved pool-side for sun-bathing.
