Under the culinary direction of the head chef, Hanagatami offers only the finest sushi, kaiseki and teppanyaki in a sophisticated décor that combines contemporary influences with traditional Japanese design.
- The Tea Garden
The Tea Garden offers a contemporary Western-influenced cuisine complemented by Mediterranean touches and Asian specialities, plus champagne brunches on Sundays and public holidays.
- The Lobby Lounge
A cozy and elegant rendezvous offering refreshments from 7 a.m. to 12 midnight, while snacks are offered from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Afternoon tea is served daily from 2 to 5:30 p.m. Evening cocktails, late night drinks and cigars are also available.

The Bar has one of Shanghai' s largest collections of cigars and malt whiskeys, a walk-in humidor with private lockers, and a technologically sophisticated interior design. A wide-ranging jazz selection is performed nightly from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m.
