Golden Pine Resort - Not only is the day time scenery impressive but twice during each month there is a full moon which combined with the balmy evening air is made for lovers and everyone that appreciates true beauty.

This Swimming Pool is one of the focal points of the Resort and its cool refreshing water never cease to bring pleasure and enjoyment to the young and old alike. An early morning swim is invigorating and a late afternoon leisurely dip is both relaxing and wholly enjoyable. The resident 'Mermaid' sits in timeless splendor and constantly replenishes and purifies the pool from her Water Jar.

There are many interesting excursions to various parts of the incredibly beautiful Lanta countryside available from the Resort, such as: the Teakwood forests, the Golden Triangle, Boat trips on the Mekong River where the borders of three countries can be viewed at the same time together with a possible brief visit to Laos.

Additionally there are many Hill Tribe Villages where the inhabitants often wear their traditional costumes and display handicrafts which can be photographed and purchased for souvenirs.
