| Day 1 | Chiang Mai – Lisu Hilltribe Village – Karen Hilltribe Village (L/D) |
| 08:30 | Depart from Chiang Mai by truck to Pai and stop to visit Mae Malai local market on the way. |
| 12:00 | Lunch at the local restaurant. |
| 13:00 | Further driving to a small Lisu hill tribe village. Then, begin to trek about 2 ½ hours to a White Karen hill tribe village. |
| 17:30 | Arrive. Dinner and overnight at the village. |
| Day 2 | Karen Hilltribe Village – Lahu Hilltribe Village – Lisu Hilltribe Village (B/L/D) |
| 07:30 | Early breakfast at the village. |
| 08:30 | Trek up the mountain about 3 hours to the Red Lahu hill tribe village. |
| 12:30 | Lunch will be served also in this village. |
| 13:30 | Continue to trek through the Bamboo Forest to the Lisu hill tribe village for an overnight. |
| 16:30 | Arrive. Dinner and overnight at the village. |
| Day 3 | Lisu Hilltribe Village – Shan Hilltribe Village – Lahu Hilltribe Village (B/L/D) |
| 08:30 | Breakfast at the village. |
| 09:30 | Trek through the Chest-Nut and Bamboo Forest. |
| 12:00 | Lunch will be served at mini Shan village near to the main road. |
| 13:00 | Transfer by truck towards the black Lahu hill tribe village. |
| 16:00 | Arrive. Dinner and overnight at the village. |
| Day 4 | Black Lahu Hilltribe Village – Bamboo Rafting – Elephant ride – Long Neck Village - Mae Hong Son – Chiang Mai (B/L) |
| 07:00 | Breakfast at the village. Leave the village by feet about 20 minutes to catch the truck. |
| 08:00 | Drive along dusty/muddy road (during rainy season) towards Mae Hong Sorn. |
| 09:00 | Excite an hour bamboo rafting on Pai River. |
| 10:00 | Continue by truck to the Elephant camp. |
| 10:30 | Experience an hour Elephant riding through scenic jungle. |
| 12:00 | Lunch at the local restaurant. |
| 14:30 | Take a long tailed boat to visit the Padong Long-Necked village, Naam Pieng Din. |
| 15:00 | Transfer to Mae Hong Sorn airport for a return flight to Chiang Mai. |
| 19:30 | Arrive Chiang Mai, transfer to hotel on reservation. |
