| Day 1 | Chiang Mai – Lisu Hilltribe Village – Karen Hilltribe Village (L/D) |
| 08:30 | Drive for 3 hours from Chiang Mai to Pai and make a stop on route to visit Mae Malai local market. |
| 12:00 | Lunch at the local restaurant. |
| 13:00 | Further to Lisu hill tribe village at Baan Huay Num Rin. Leave our truck and start trekking about 2 ½ hours towards the Karen hill tribe village where we will spend our first night. |
| 17:30 | Arrive Baan Mae U-Mong. |
| 18:30 | Dinner and overnight at Karen hill tribe village. |
| Day 2 | Karen Hilltribe Village – Lahu Hilltribe Village – Lisu Hilltribe Village - Rafting - Mae Hong Son (B/L/D) |
| 07:30 | Early breakfast at the village. |
| 08:30 | Trek up high hill to the Red Lahu hill tribe village at Baan Dong Ma Fai to catch the truck. |
| 13:00 | Transfer by truck to lunch at the local restaurant. |
| 14:00 | Drive along the high way to Mae Hong Sorn. |
| 16:00 | Excite a bamboo rafting on Pai river for nearly an hour. |
| 17:00 | Arrive Mae Hong Sorn. Transfer to the guest house. |
| 18:30 | Dinner and overnight at the guest house. |
| Day 3 | Mae Hong Son – Elephant Ride – Long Neck – Chiang Mai (B/L) |
| 08:30 | Breakfast at the guest house. |
| 09:30 | Depart from Mae Hong Sorn to an Elephant camp at Baan Huay Suea Tao for an hour Elephant riding. |
| 11:30 | Continue driving to the village Padong Long-Neck hill tribe (Nai Soi or Huey Sue Tao). Then drive back to Mae Hong Sorn city. |
| 13:00 | Lunch at the local restaurant. |
| 14:00 | City temples tour in Mae Hong Sorn; Wat Jong Klang, Jong Kam and Doi Kong Moo for a great panoramic view of the city. |
| 15:30 | Transfer to the airport for a return flight to Chiang Mai. |
