Tao Garden Wellness
Health Spa & Resort is equipped with Ping Pong, Badmington, Tennis, Basketball courts, a Jogging Path, Fitness Gym, 'Tai Chi' Swimming Pool,Sauna and Herbal Steam Room (with select herbs and spices).
There is a library, bookstore and bioeneregetics center. We are also able to offer water birthing facilities.
There are two Tai Chi Pavillions, a Tao Yin Hall and Meditation auditoriums for ancient practices of longevity and wellness.
Tao Garden's ability to marry the elements of East with West allows for a great complement of things to do...or not to do. New innovations are being influenced consistently at Tao Garden. Stay tuned for the new Natural Beauty Therapy and Massage Centre to complement our Chi Nei Tsang and Thai Massage Center.
