Racquet Sports
 For fans of Tennis and Squash we offer two floodlight tennis courts as well as one air conditioned Squash court.
Weather you are a beginner looking to take your first steps onto the tennis or squash courts or a seasoned player our professional instructors are on hand to provide tips and tricks. If you are serious about your game then private one to one tuition can be arranged on request.
Racquets are available for hire if required.

Health Centre
 The Health Centre at Swissôtel Nai Lert Park offers everything you need to maintain fitness and well-being.
A luxurious retreat from the busy pace of the city, our Health Centre features the latest equipment, all with individual televisions. Strength training equipment is cutting edge, with guidance provided by personal trainers. Other workout options include aerobics.

 Amrita Fitness is designed to feel more like a resort club, with a relaxed, open-air colonnade design. Our trained fitness professionals ensure your total well-being and take care of your every need.
Amrita Fitness provides a fully equipped health centre featuring the latest in high-tech cardiovascular and resistance machines. We also have two competition specification tennis courts, an indoor squash court, aerobics studio and free-form swimming pool, as well as separate male and female changing rooms with individual showers, steam room and sauna.
