mentor, the formidable Australian chef, Neil Perry). In
this spirit, Gale combines eastern and western
traditions to create tantalising dishes of striking

Cy'an is the hotel's headline 110-seat
restaurant open for breakfast. lunch and dinner, with
tables on the open-air veranda flanking the pool. Its
menu draws inspiration from the Mediterrenean, including
Moorish influences.
Glow is a 48-seat eatery serving fresh food
only, rendered as snacks, light meals and powerfully
energising juices, rich in living enzymes, vitamins and
minerals. The COMO Shambhala menu is specifically
designed for balance and rejuvenation.
The Met Bar serves modern Asian cuisine in
club-like environs.
