Intimate and elegant, these rooms exude a charm and romance from the moment you enter. Gold, grey and royal blue dominate these rooms, with the four-poster bed draped in pure silk that extends to the floor. The Deluxe Queen rooms overlook Double Bay Village.

New York Loft Room
Sir Stamford Double Bay prides itself on the 32 New York-style loft rooms, decorated in brilliant gold with burgundy reds or rich greens. This room has a short corridor leading to a sitting room and a 10meter high ceiling, with the stairs rising to a canopied queen sized bed. Simply exquisite and ideal for a romantic weekend getaway.
 
Parlour Rooms
The dramatic décor, richness of pure silk and a larger lounge area make the Parlour Rooms very popular with our guests. The lounge area that leads into the bedroom features a four-poster bed and views of Double Bay Village. 
Parlour Rooms are available with king size beds.

 

The Cosmo Suites
The Cosmo Suites have polished wooden floorboards, luxurious rugs and a magnificent queen size, four-poster silk-canopied bed. The bedroom is an alcove off the combined sitting and dining room, with two Juliet balconies overlooking Double Bay village.
 
The Terrace Suites
The Terrace Suites, decorated in greys, golds and royal blues, ooze elegance and charm from the moment you enter the room. The Terrace Suites are carpeted throughout and consist of a combined sitting and dining room. The walls are decorated with gilt mirrors and 18th century lithographs. All suites have a Juliet balconies overlooking Double Bay village.
 
The Bellevue Suite
The Bellevue Suite, our top studio, has a large patio off the lounge area overlooking the Double Bay streetscape and the exclusive suburb of Bellevue Hill. The room has polished floorboards, luxurious rugs and is decorated in distinctive European style with light blue, yellow and cream silk.
