- Kable' s -- Kable' s, the Hotel' s premier restaurant, offers a relaxed yet vibrant atmosphere and enjoys a substantial reputation in a city known for its exciting dining.
Kable' s is located on level two of the Four Seasons Hotel Sydney, reached by a sweeping grand staircase from the lobby. The decor is intimate, with rich carpeting and floors of dark stained parquet. Kable' s offers a wide range of cosmopolitan Australian menu choices. Seats 120, with private dining rooms available for 10 to 50 guests and a Chef' s Table in the kitchen seats up to 16 guests.
- The Cabana -- Located on the pool deck and open for snacks and lunch, The Cabana features delicious fruit drinks and cocktails for the sun-seeker. Poolside snacks include gourmet sandwiches, salads, sushi and a selection of chilled seafood. The upper-deck dining area seats 20.
- The Cafe -- The Cafe serves a light lunch from Monday to Friday. The menu includes salads, Sydney rock oysters on the half shell and a selection of sharing plates and desserts.
On weekends, indulge in a traditional afternoon tea. Enjoy a selection of savoury and sweet treats, such as citrus-cured salmon on a mini brioche, fig scones with King Island cream and home preserves, or cherry mousse wrapped with white chocolate, served with tea or coffee.
An all-day light menu is available daily.

Live international and Australian jazz artists are featured in The Bar from Wednesday through Saturday nights.
