Gershwin's reputation for impeccable service and exquisite cuisine

success of private functions in each of the restaurant's three
main areas. The restaurant is available as a Private Dining Venue
for corporate functions, product launches, anniversaries,
birthdays, weddings and any other special occasions seven days a

Joe's Oriental Diner
Located on the street level of Adelaide Terrace, Joe's
features a sumptuous array of dishes from Indonesia, Thailand,
Malaysia and Singapore - each prepared in a spectacular open
kitchen. The meals are inexpensive and each carries a 'chilli
coding', indicating whether they are spicy or mild.
An abundance of wood, natural brick and terracotta creates a
rustic ambience enhanced by a collection of authentic Asian
antiques and works of art. Coupled with a casual, bustling and
friendly atmosphere, this helps recreate the spirit reminiscent of
the original Joe's Oriental Diner - a legendary noodle house in
Singapore.
Fully licensed, the restaurant serves a selection of fine wines
and beers.

La Strada
In the style of a European coffee terrace, this is a casual
dining area located on the lower Lobby of the hotel. It is
designed for guests to either dine in or take away and features
mainly light lunchtime snacks of sandwiches, freshly made gourmet
rolls and a wide range of coffees, teas, pastries and beverages.

Cafe at Hyatt Regency Perth offers guests a casual dining
ambience and the flexibility of ? la carte or buffet dining. Cafe
features mountains of mouth-watering seafood, salads and a
delicious assortment of hot and cold dishes. Located on the Lobby
level of the hotel, the restaurant features an open display
kitchen where guests can watch the specialities of the day
prepared in front of them.
Cafe is known for its signature dishes, especially the Chef's
'Icky Sticky Pudding' - a great hit with all the guests and the
most popular item on the dessert buffet. Equally delightful is the
sinfully tempting range of dessert items, fruits and cheeses which
make any decision difficult.
The ideal location for celebrating birthdays, christenings or any
large gathering. Our Cafe restaurant also features Sunday brunches
with first-class entertainment for an all-inclusive price.

The magnificent Conservatory Lobby, with its unique sandstone
water fountain and impressive glass dome ceiling, is the
centrepiece of the hotel.
The fountain, complete with sandstone elephants, was created by
well-known West Australian sculptor and artist Brian Simmonds. The
free-flowing water creates a perfect venue for a relaxing midday
meal or a quiet afternoon tea.

As the Conservatory is an open area, smoking is permitted.

place for an after-work drink or a tasty lunchtime snack.
Recently refurbished to create a sporty look, the bar serves a
wide variety of beers, an extensive selection of Australian wines
and elaborate cocktails. Even the most persistent hunger pangs can
be satisfied with a fresh, home-made style pizza or saucy nachos.
