• Chef's Table Sofitel Melbourne has thrown open the kitchen doors on the back-of-house traditions and techniques that have made Le Restaurant the most highly awarded hotel restaurant in Australia. • Café La Chic, casual and open all day with buffet and a la carte breakfast, then a buffet lunch and light snacks. Located on the 35th level with magnificent views over the city, Café La is very popular for business lunches and social dining. This contemporary restaurant caters for 160 guests, which includes a private dining room for 70 people and is the perfect location for pre theatre dinners and late night suppers.
  
  
• Sofi's  - Sofitel Melbourne The relaxing mix of multi-coloured sofa settings and warm wood features reflects the refined European elegance, which is now so prevalent throughout the Hotel. Sofi's is the ideal place to meet friends during the day and into the evening.
  
  On Sundays, Sofi's serves a sumptuous afternoon High Tea in the grand tradition, with fragrant teas, finger sandwiches, pastries, gateaux and freshly baked scones, and a glass of Australian sparkling wine. Sofi's High Tea is served on Sundays from 2.30pm to 5pm. Late on Friday and Saturday evenings, Sofi's presents some of Melbourne's finest jazz ensembles performing easy listening entertainment in an ideal after-theatre venue. Live performances are on Friday's from 10.00 pm to 1.00 am and Saturdays from 10:00 pm to 1:30 am.
  
  
• Atrium on Thirty-Five Located on the 35th floor, The Atrium on Thirty-Five is a cosmopolitan meeting place, which can fulfil every need from after work drinks to late night cocktails. Fifteen floors above, a glass canopy allows natural light to flood down to the tables. The light is soft, the service attentive, and the comfortable lounge setting just the thing to sink into any time from 5pm until late seven nights a week.

You will learn how to source the freshest quality produce, discover professional preparation techniques and develop the art of food presentation. Experience the preparation and execution of superb set menus, delicious entrees, main courses and desserts from the award winning masterchefs of Sofitel Melbourne. Masterclasses run from 1pm to 6.30pm on Saturdays and all participants receive a Culinary Academy apron and certificate of achievement.
