Michels Brasserie & Bar  Novotel Glen Waverlay - Michel's Brasserie and Bar is located on the ground level next to reception. Michel's Brasserie is open for full buffet or continental breakfast and an extensive a la carte menu is available for dinner Sunday to Friday nights, a buffet dinner is available on Saturday nights. Michel's is open for continental and full buffet breakfast.
