The restaurant is located adjacent to the lobby and offers views over the plane trees of Russell Street. Located on the main lobby level of the hotel, the restaurant is non-smoking.

Hyatt Food Court and Bars
The Hyatt Food Court and Bars is located under a 20-metre soaring dome ceiling and is a great place to meet friends or colleagues. The selection of food outlets includes Chinese, Japanese, Indian and Italian and Chase Bar for delicious cakes and coffee.

Entrance: Hotel entrance is via the lobby adjacent to Plane Tree Cafe on level 6.

The Chase Bar
The Chase Bar is located at the northern of the food court and is a great place to meet friends or colleagues.

Monsoon's Nightclub
The setting is pure five-star luxury and the service is just as you have come to expect from Grand Hyatt Melbourne. Monsoon's is ideal for private functions and parties. Friday and Saturday nights are open to the public, each night offering a different feel and theme.
