For dinner we have a new and exciting theme nightly. Seafood, Salads, Roast Meats, Pasta, Chicken, Steak and a wide range of desserts are just some of the many dishes available on the menu nightly. Children are also well catered for with a children's corner on the buffet.

Waterfall Cafe - Enjoy delicious snacks and pizzas served with tropical cocktails in a relaxed poolside environment (undercover available). The Waterfall Cafe offers casual, light meals and BBQ facilities. Open 10.30am - 6.00pm (subject to change and weather permitting).

Hatsuhana - Delicious authentic Japanese cuisine. Enjoy a huge selection of traditional dishes from the a la carte menu, Teppanyaki and fresh sushi.

Recently awarded the best fine dining restaurant on the Gold Coast, The Melrose offers an innovative menu using the flavours of Asia, the Mediterranean and New Orleans plus delicious desserts and a wide selection of Wine, Ports and liqueurs to compliment your meal.

Lobby Lounge - There is plenty of time to sit back, relax each afternoon and enjoy a delicious cake and coffee as you watch the sun go down over our spectacular gardens. In the evenings enjoy a cocktail, mixed drink or cold beer while you listen to live music performances on Friday and Saturday night.
