The Fireplace Restaurant - Located on the lower level of The Great House, overlooking the gardens and adjacent to The Cove Cafe, The Fireplace Restaurant offers traditional provincial and classical cuisine with the finest of grilled meats and seafood prepared in our unique wood-fired oven. Chefs are on show, interacting with diners whilst meticulously preparing the freshest local produce.

The concept of The Fireplace Restaurant was created as a result of customer feedback, which led management to re-explore traditional cooking styles. The atmosphere is that of a private dining room in a large manor house. The room is very cosy, warm and comfortable, with a collection of unique furniture, sofas and sideboards. The ambience is very residential and relaxing.

The Executive Chef has introduced a menu to satisfy the most discerning diner. Guests are encouraged to select wines from the impressive, temperature-controlled, cherry oak timber cellar, or simply ask staff for suggestions to complement their meal.

The Cove Cafe - Located on the lower level of The Great House, The Cove Cafe offers relaxed, casual dining overlooking the pool terraces. The Cove Cafe offers buffet breakfast, lunch and seafood buffet dinner. An a la carte menu is also available.

The Verandah Bar - Our Lobby bar, The Verandah Bar has the intimacy and atmosphere of an elegant homestead, featuring an open log fire in winter. It offers an extensive selection of beverages, snacks and morning or afternoon tea stands, with nightly entertainment.

The Village Bakery - Located in Sanctuary Cove's Marine Village, The Village Bakery is a haven for lovers of quality coffee, pastries, breads and mouth-watering desserts. Special welcome gifts can be organised.
