The security personnel is at your service to direct you in and around the parking lot.

protection system and safety procedures.
- 24 hours security coverage and surveillance with 40 CCTV cameras located at strategic locations around the hotel premises.
- Safety door latches are available in all rooms for added peace of mind and privacy as well as a security eyehole.
- We provide safe deposit boxes for valuables in all guestrooms as well as larger ones available at the Front Office.
- Emergency lighting, evacuation plans and exits are also posted and checked regularly.
- All guestrooms have an electric safe deposit box for optimum security.
- LOST & FOUND
Should you have left something behind after your stay with us, please e-mail
our Front Office Department with details of your stay and the item. Useful
information for us to be able to track your item are; name, your room number,
item concerned, where you left it, colour or make of item.
Once we locate the item, we will advise you right away. Cost of shipping of
lost items can be charged to your credit card or you can arrange to pick-up
the item at our Hotel.
- LAUNDRY SERVICES
Our in house Laundry is open from 8:00 AM to 16:30 PM with pressing service
available until 11: 00 PM. Laundry, pressing and dry cleaning by International Standards, methods and equipment.
Irons and ironing boards are also available upon guest request.
- THE LITTLE SHOP
"The Little Shop" located at the lobby offers selected goods for discriminating collectors and gift givers. All items are carefully chosen to be unique and of high quality.
