DAY 1 ARRIVE VIENTIANE Upon arrival in Lao at Wattay Airport or Thai-Lao Bridge, meet and transfer to the hotel in Vientiane. You are free to explore the city and sightseeing. Dinner and overnight.
DAY 2 VIENTIANE Breakfast at hotel. Excursion around the city visiting That Luang (1566), the revered Wat Prakeo (1565), Wat Sisaket, and the Arch Monument. Lunch. Continue further to the Weaving Village where you can see the breeding of silkworms and traditional weaving in most of the houses. Dinner and overnight.
DAY 3 VIENTIANE-NAM NGUM LAKE Breakfast. By road to the scenic Nam Ngum Lake where you enjoy excursion by boat around the lake with thousands of islands and floating fisherman villages. Lunch. On the way visit the 11th century Buddhist sanctuary of Vang Sang and Salt Extraction Site. Dinner and overnight in Vientiane.
DAY 4 VIENTIANE DEPARTURE Breakfast. At leisure on your own for sightseeing or shopping till departure, and transfer to the airport or the bridge. |
