You can make reservation by e-mail with each passenger’s
SURNAME, FIRST NAME, SEX, and
traveling date with the Tour Category – such
as Standard, First or Deluxe. For
visa stamps of these 3 countries - Laos, Cambodia and
Vietnam, we recommend you to read our Note on Indochina
Visas.
For visa processing, we also require the following
information:
- Family Name & Given Name
- Sex
- Nationality
- Date of Birth
- Passport Number
- Date of Passport Issued
- Date of Passport Expiry
- Occupation
- Date of Tour Departure
At reservation, we would request a 30% deposit of the
total amount which can be remitted by faxing us a copy
of your credit card - Visa, Master, or Amex togetherwith
a credit card authorization form (which can be e-mailed
to you later).
The remaining balance can be settled when you arrive
in Bangkok against the travel documents.
